Create Your Account
1. Click ”Register new user” on the start page.
2. Fill in your personal information.
3. Choose pedometer model and upload/enter serial number (can be found on the product package).
a) SilvaConnect pedometers
1. Make sure the pedometer is connected to your computer (see step 4)
2. Click ”Get serial from ex3connect” (found underneath serial no field)
3. Serial no is automatically shown in the serial no field.
b) Silva ex3 plus (NOTE! ex3 plus with connect logo, release November 2009)
1. Enter serial number (found on the product package)
4. Click ”Register”
